Robinette Rankin
Robinette Rankin: Purpose, Passion, and Leadership are the guiding principles of 42-year-old Grand Caymanian Robinette Rankin’s life. A co-author of the anthology Calamity’s Daughters: Women Who Lead Despite Adversity, Robinette has embraced fiction writing and is currently working on her first urban fiction trilogy.
In addition to her writing endeavors, Robinette is a small business owner and a subcontracted home health care nurse aide. Robinette’s commitment to service is unwavering. Previously, she managed and coordinated volunteers for a Transitional Home for homeless women and children, a role in which she continues to dedicate her life to serving women, especially those battling depression and overcoming domestic violence.
Robinette is also a certified life coach and mentor. While she has a formal education in mentoring, she often finds that the lessons she learned from the “School of Hard Knocks” serve as powerful testimonies, guiding her to uplift, inspire, and empower women to recognize their potential and achieve success.
Robinette is also a proud mother of two young adults, whom she credits with teaching her invaluable lessons in unconditional love, respect, and kindness—attributes she strives to extend to everyone she meets.
Her faith, however, stands as her grandest accomplishment. Giving her life to the Lord marked a transformative moment, and since then, Robinette has been living and walking in the purpose He designed for her.
